Order Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Return Policy

Customized Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized products unless there are quality issues. Since each customized item is made to your specific requirements, we do not allow returns for non-quality related reasons.

General Returns: Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
