How Do I Cancel An Order?
We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that time, the order is likely in the processing stage or has already shipped. Once the order reaches this stage, we are unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We pride ourselves on prompt service, ensuring your orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is an issue with your order (such as a defective product, incorrect item, or damaged package), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request, and if approved, we will provide a replacement. Please do not return any items before we review your request. Our customer service team will provide further instructions.
